We agree on terms
Your commission rate, the discount your customers receive, and how you report a customer you referred.

You refer customers
The customer opens an account with us, pays us and gets support from us. You don't deal with billing or operations.

You earn a monthly commission
As long as the customer is active and paying, you keep earning commission. Payment is made against an invoice, by bank transfer, Bit or PayPal.

Monthly income that grows with every customer
The commission is calculated on every payment the customer makes, renewals included, for as long as they are an active customer. A customer you refer today still earns you commission a year from now, and every additional customer adds to that same monthly income.
The commission rate is set personally for each partner. The starting point is 5%, and partners who bring in customers on a regular basis receive better terms.

How do I join the partner program?

Monthly. The commission is calculated on every payment the customer makes, renewals included, for as long as they remain an active customer. A customer who stays for years keeps earning you commission throughout that entire period.
What does a customer who comes through me get?
A discount, at a rate agreed with each partner. That gives the customer a good reason to come through you, and makes it easier for you to recommend us.
How is the commission paid?
Against an invoice, by bank transfer, Bit or PayPal. Payment dates are agreed together with the rest of the terms.
How do you know a customer came through me?
Attribution is handled personally with us. When we agree on the terms, we also agree on how you report a customer you referred, so every customer is registered under your name from day one.
Do I need a website or a large audience to join?
No. Most partners are professionals whom clients consult anyway: website builders, IT consultants, developers and agencies. It is enough to have customers who need hosting or a server.
What is the difference between the partner program and reseller hosting?
In the partner program you refer a customer, they manage the account and billing with us, and you receive a monthly commission. With reseller hosting you sell hosting under your own brand, set the price, bill the customer and provide the service yourself.
